Got a phone call from a dealer in Washington State saying the 0888's arrived minutes ago. MY S110V 0888 model should be here in a couple of days.

Fantastic looking knife, I just wish I didn't weigh half a pound.

At 9.125" overall with a 3.75 inch blade, what were you expecting? Under 4 ounces? The weight on it will be about equal to the 056x series.

No, I realize that the opportunity to lighten the knife is limited by it's size and materials.

Maybe I should reword that: I wish it weren't such an overall large knife so I would carry it.

I don't mind size though. My most carried blade is an all ti framelock, 3.75" blade, 9" overall that weighs in at just over 6 ounces.

Then you should be OK with the 0888. at about 5.4 ounces, it will weigh less!

My mistake then...

FYI blade HQ has the 0888's weight listed at 7.625 ounces...not sure what's going on there.

In my first post I literally meant "half a pound" because I assumed that was the correct weight.

I've seen the Zero Tolerance 0888 listed as both 5.4 ounces and 7.6 ounces (even 215 grams).

It'll be great to finally see this primo Limited Edition ZT.

Looks like many dealers will be charging near MSRP pricing of $650!

Only 250 of the 0888 and 250 of the 0888MAX are to be produced!

Please post your pictures. The one below is from the ZT promo.

It is a very good looking knife and should perform great, wish it was not so limited and they made a full production run, but it being limited does add a certain level of coolness like any other limited knife. Hopefully I run into someone who owns one and can check it out. Very sleek design and if the weight is similar to the 0560 then it is very manageable. I have learned to love big overbuilt knives as well as small gentlemen's knives.

This knife is going to be so sweet, hopefully if I can't purchase one I'd like to be able to handle one at least

Got the knife today and WOW what a gorgeous piece of imagination and design, Ferrari comes to mind. Nice execution, kudos to the design team!

My scales say 7.55oz which is a lot to put in a pocket, the 0600 in comparison is 7.20 so not that much heaver. The handle length is the same as the 0600 so it should carry similarly. But the feel in the hand is more solid and heavy duty than any folder I own. The machining on the Ti really sets off the rest of the design.

I didn't like the color of the Maxamet model in pictures but I have a feeling in person I will like it better than the S110V knife.

I will get some pictures up later.

I find it to be a very exciting knife well done team Zero Tolerance!!!

Got a S110V coming in the mail. But think I really want the MAX one. And I wouldn't be surprised if ZT produces 250 in the Black version as well.
