Just the S110V is out. And I wanna see some pics too. There are some on Instagram...including a real short video. Saw one on eBay yesterday...might have sold for $1200. Theres another one up BIN for $1500. Just some info that I found.

I love my ZTs, and that 888 is one pretty knife, but I could get another AR for that.

Thats about it. If you don't get this one at MSRP its gonna be SPENDY! Its gonna be hard to keep this one at those secondary market prices!
 
I will be curious to see what the s110v tests out at. I have two customs that are amazing and a pretty nice spyderco in s110v. I used to have a cbcf 560 which went down the road. Russ

If the blade is a composite contruction (brazing line) it won't Rc as high as a full S110V blade would. Tis was already discussed with the 0560CBCF.
 
Missed the discussion Rev. Figured out it was less than optimum hardness by using it. Luckily I didn't lose my shirt and moved it to someone more interested in bragging rights than I was. Russ

Flips great! Yes the milling is really a nice addition that makes the knife stunning. Can't wait for the darker Maxamet.

Nah, I take that back. I've bought customs that don't look that detailed.
 
Wow that thing is sweet, are these not serial numbered? I didn't see it on the blade from your pics
 
Thanks for the compliments on the pics guys I thought for sure I would have to wait until tomorrow during daylight to get a shot that would show the beauty of the milling.

The knives are numbered it is on the non logo-ed side of the blade.

I am genuinely surprised how excited and pleased I am over this knife. Wait until you guys get into your hands a get the sense of how "tank" like tough it feels.
 
I think you must be one of the first to actually have one in your hands. You are a very lucky guy.
 
Looks like a gorgeous knife.

However, it is a shame that KAI elects to produce its best, most innovative models in tiny batches that are instantly snatched up (usually in multiples) by a select few who have close relations with smaller dealers, and then turned around at vastly inflated prices, :/. Frustrating.
 
That milling on the handles looks great. If I knew that they were going to do that, I would have jumped on the pre-order. ZT has been hitting it out of the park with great designs, especially in the last few years. Although after buying a ZT0777, I'm trying to not buy any more knives. :(
