I'm 99% sure it's not BW. The Item code would be 0770m390BW not 0770m390BLK. The new 560 and 550 DLC blades have the BLK in their item numbers.

Indeed. If it's 0777M390BLK you can be sure it's DLC like the 0550BLK & 0560BLK.

I'm not sure if 0777-M390 also started at Serial# 1.

The original 0777 ended with serial number in the low 0200 range based on that serial number thread.
