I’m into knives and flashlights. Friday I found my long lost ZT0550. I’m so happy to carry it again.
Got me thinking. Why not bring it back? Change some of the dimensions, materials, clip, whatever. I thought it was a success for them?

I have passed my peak interest in ZT, so for me I am not hoping ZT to bring back any disc'd models, including 0200, 0560/1, 030x. I feel the current 0562 and 0452 are the best models ZT has ever made.

ZT 0550

True to the spirit in which the ZT brand was created, and not so expensive/limited an owner is afraid to use it.

I feel a modified version of the 0550 is the 0562. If they’re bringing back the 0550, bring it back in original form.

Close to the topic....
An upgraded 0566 would be awesome. Titanium lock side. M390 or equivalent blade steel. NOt assisted opening. On washers.

I’m with you on the 0452 and 0562 being the best models ZT ever made. I’ve got the Ti version of each and they’re both part of the core of my collection. As for wishing about what ZT would bring back, I don’t. I’ve already got the two best that IMO they ever made, so I’m all set with ZTs. Echoing the thought above, my interests have also moved on. However, if ZT came up with a new model that reached me the way the 0452 and 0562 do, I’d be getting in line to buy it.

Bring back the 0500. That was a great design that I'm very sorry they ever DCed. I'd love to see it in LC200N as that would really fit into the overall design as a knife to be used in dirty, wet conditions.

I always liked the looks of the 0804. So ZT, if you could bring this back with a SATIN blade, I'd feel like a kid from the 80s again:D;)

You don't see those pop up for sale very often. Especially the ones with the lockbar insert.
Mine is a pre insert model, it's been such a great knife. The lock up hasn't changed even after all these years.
