ZT Customer service question

We sell a lot of ZT and Kershaws to our local Police Department. These guys are rough on their knives and not good at taking them apart. We send in stuff for them all the time. I had one that could not be fixed so they sent a replacement. That one took about a month. Everything else has been 2 weeks tops. Pretty impressive considering we are on the other side of the Country from them!
 
Haven't actually used it yet but they offered to replace this knife:

For a tiny cosmetic flaw like that. I would rather have this knife though so declined.
 
I had an excellent experience with a ZT-Kershaw customer(warranty) service. Everything was very fast, even considering that I live overseas.

I sent my ZT0561 in for a little blade play and it was back in about 3 weeks. The customer service at ZT is the best !
 
I recently sent in a blade to ZT, took a little under a month to get it back. They did nothing to the knife :grumpy:. They did stamp "RECEIVED" on my warranty form though :rolleyes:
 
I sent in 2 last week. This thread is comforting. I was gonna hit whitty up for a 0452 if they(zt) treated me right. One had a rival scale on it, hope I get it back. One knife 0560- lock would collapse easily. The 560cbcf had a crack in the blade by the thumb stud.
