Also upgrade the 0200 to CPM154.

YES - with a few mods, the 0200 would be pretty much the perfect large folder. Here is my own attempt. Won't win any prizes for beautiful DIY mods, but (for me) is great functionally. I ground off that Ken Onion beak at the front of the handle which I think does nothing other than to add unnecessary handle length and hinder sharpening, and I ground out the thumbstud to produce a hook that works very well as both a wave and thumb-hole opener. Replace the recurve with a straight blade, use a tougher steel than 154CM, and use Ti liners, and you have an absolute superstar.

Upgraded blade steel needed. A bowie blade would be nice. Any upgrade should be mindful of the 0200's most attractive feature: price.
