ZT Zero Tolerance 0095S90BLK or Zero Tolerance Sinkevich 0452?

FWIW, I think the 0095 is underrated. It may be the best flipper of my 15ish ZTs. I also like the harpoon blade. I don't have a 0452, but the sensitivity of the 0450 to contact with the lock bar when flipping is the reason I've shied away from buying another in the 045X line.

i haven't heard anything about the lock bar?

The 0452 has a DLC coated blade, the 0095 is the standard Blackwash. If you're worried about scratches, I would get the BW version, hides wear very well. The DLC coating is tough but sooner or later it will scratch. Unless you cut just soft material, but coating is coating and it will wear, same as every other coating, unless you don't use it of course.

Umm, which 452 has a dlc coating on it? All the ones I see have satin finished blades and usually stonewashed titanium lockside. There are versions with anodization or full titanium frontscale but I don’t see any DLC.

I have the G-10 rose gold ti with G-10 and 390 steel model. Like it better than the standard. Here's the rose gold titiaum side, along with a WE 702.

The one with the stupid long name 0452CFBLUBLK in M390, it was a EU/Russia Exclusive Sprint.

WE is every bit as nice. Same steel too. Flips probably even a bit better. Plus it has a solid one piece handle, which I like. Only downside is it's about an ounce heavier due to the solid ti handle.

Yeah but she’s not likely going to get that one.
The ones she is going to get won’t have any DLC coating to scratch.

True, but I figured all the DLC coating ZT uses is similar in toughness. So it seemed worth mentioning in regards to ZT coating in general, you make a valid point though.
