ZT Zero Tolerance 0095S90BLK or Zero Tolerance Sinkevich 0452?

curious how the We knife compares?

I owned the both. I traded the 0095. I liked it, but not enough to keep it. I still have the 0452 ti and don’t plan on getting rid of it. The 0095 was cool. Kind of like a ZT version of the launch 1. If your worried about scratching it, you will. If that bothers you don’t buy it. I like the 0453 ti . I like it much better.

True, but I figured all the DLC coating ZT uses is similar in toughness. So it seemed worth mentioning in regards to ZT coating in general, you make a valid point though.

OP - both are great knives and you cannot be wrong with either. 0452 is long and slim if thats what you prefer. 0095blk has the cool factor of being black out. S90v will perhaps hold a sharp edge longer than s35vn. But scratches can be more easily seen on 0095blk. Plus there is the poor mans version of 0095 in kershaw link. If I have to pick one, it would be 0452.

BTW, really hard to tell where you carry your knife from those pictures. All I saw is a big hehind.

I had the ZT0095S90Blk and it was/is a great knife. It is a little too heavy for me to take it seriously. ZT could have easily trimmed some weight and I would have kept it. I love the steel and thinner blade.

I had never paid the 095 any attention before, but I can justify another ZT since I already have a 0452 and a 0609. Maybe there is a trade in my future?

Never had the 0095 but the 0452 is an excellent flipper large but thin enough profile to carry. Dlc is tough but will definitely be mark up if used if that's an issue I'd stick with an uncoated blade.
