Zt0392bwbrz

I think this time around will be better. First, $400 isn't exactly a small amount of money. Second, people that got one last time has to justify really hard to pick up another similar knife. Third, not everyone is into the Blackwash.
Of course it will still sell out, but I think there is a better chance to pick this one up.
Also these weren't dished out early to those who were unfairly rejected in the 0454 release. So I'm guessing there will be a few more released this go. Still, they'll be tough to score.

Man, I scored one of the blue ones the first go round and I certainly don't need another, but I may have to try for one of these two. I do like the blue better, but I don't own any blackwash. Yet.

The photos of the bronze hardware on blackwash finish looks great, and the Eklipse/0392 design is pretty awesome. I'm really looking forward to this one.

Who sent the email announcing this? Because I need to sign up....I can't miss this one!

Let me just say I'm a huge ZT fan, but the way these special editions are released does nothing to foster good customer relations. The same people seem to get the knives and the same people seem to lose out. No sour grapes here, I didn't even try for the 0392. Just seems like there could be a better way. *As an aside I'm still trying to get a 0562 CF which is a regular production knife!

So you gave up and didn't try, you're frustrated but no sour grapes?

Illogical.

No, I may not have been clear. I never wanted a 392 that's why I never tried for it, that's also why "no sour grapes". I guess I'm just commenting on what seems obvious reading all the posts. (lots of frustrated customers)
I do indeed want a 0562 CF and will get one eventually as there a regular catalog item.

They've tried it every way. One thing is true. People will ALWAYS be frustrated. Such is the world of supply and demand.

Yeah your probably right! Doesn't mean we can't bitch about it though, this is the Internet after all :-).

All depends if you see the glass half full or half empty Mikey.

I, for one, prefer positive people that spend their time being constructive.

This is coming out pretty close to the original 0392. I wonder if they'll keep churning out different versions at this pace?
