Beverages and Blades - Traditional of Course

2014 New Belgium La Folie tonight. This is my go-to sour beer. The '14 is still holding up well. (I've got about half a shelf of La Folie in the beer fridge, ranging from 2013 -- only one or two bottles left -- to 2016. 2017 should be out soon, so I figured I'd better make space.) :D

Btb01, I agree with you on La Folie. Last year's batch seemed a little down compared to year's past. I wish I would have bought another to put back and see if some age would have helped.

[emoji106] Is the brewery located in Sacramento?
Ya, they are brewing some realllllly good stuff. Just from the two brews I have had I was impressed. I have been trying to only drink Sacramento region stuff and it hasn't disappointed. Sacramento's craft brew scene is blowing up.

That's awesome. I've never heard of them before, but those look tasty. I guessed from the citramento label. Maybe one day they'll pop up here in Hawaii. I'll definitely try them if they do. Thanks

Keeping things light tonight. These limes really leave a mark on the carbon steel.

Not exactly the first day of spring but certainly the first that feels like it.
