I'll add this one to the thread. It's my Sunday carry for obvious reasons.
I used to think I needed two or three blades on my traditional carry knife but since I always have at least two knives on me, sometimes three, the single-blade slip joints work fine for me.
If I'm going to whittle or perform a specific task that is better handled by a multi-bladed knife, there's usually one close by. by.

In my first post in this thread, I posted a group of single-bladed knives I bought over 10 years ago while visiting my daughter who lived in Spain at the time. Here are more single-bladed knives made in Western Europe that I've acquired (online, unfortunately, not as souvenirs of travel) over the years.
