I am having a hard time believing people are criticizing a knife this good at such a reasonable price point. I will say this, everyone can whine about the detent being too strong until they have a knife (tip up or down) open up in their pocket. I'd rather my finger have to work a bit harder than throw out a perfectly good pair of pants from being blood stained, oh yeah, and the whole having my leg sliced open thing. Besides, detents soften up just like everything else. I have a couple of good knives I no longer carry because their detent is toast.
But anyways, I think the 0560/1 is the first truly modern ZT knife to come out yet. It's funny when most people talk about a knife and they talk about features. Oh it has this steel, and this lock, and this handle material. With the 0561 it never ends. It's got a pivot that uses a bearing system, a flipper, thumb studs as blade stops,a 3D milled Ti exterior, a 3D milled Ti interior, 3D milled G10 scale, etc...It's a better mousetrap. I mean I am having a hard time explaining everything to people who ask about 0561. Please don't lose the thumb stud blade stops, they look very cool, and work very well on my example. If anything I would expect them to negate side-to-side bladeplay since they have a wider stance than your typical stop pin.
As for the rough edges, that's what callouses are for
