0801's are shipping!!

A sub $200 folder, full titanium scales and frame lock, KVT flipper, 3.5" Elmax blade and Zero Tolerance build & quality is a big winner in that market...
 
Mine came in today from BHQ with Serial# 0247. It's a great full titanium folder at a very good price of under $200!

Personally, once the black screws, pivot & clip are made titanium or chrome colored it'll only add to its aesthetics.

Operates smoothly and has some beefiness about it too.
 
I personally think the contrast between the ti and black is very attractive, too much of one color makes everything blend in too much.
 
I'd prefer satin hardware on the standard version, but will be holding out for the CF (on which the black hardware looks great IMO).

I own only two ZT knives, and I rarely purchase knives anymore. I've become extremely picky. Occasionally I feel a desire to buy new knives, but I always wait for a period to see if I really want it, or if something better eventually catches my fancy.

I have to say, I'm glad I waited; I'd been wanting another model, but the 0801 is definitely that 'something better' (for me). IMO, this is a 'dream ZT'.

Heads up... Amazon has an unbelievable price on the 0801!

They show 3 in stock and price looks too good to be true...
