Doc, you are completely right. If you guys enjoy the outdoors, and enjoy taking your kid with you, you are more than cut out to be a leader in Scouting. You can never have too many leaders. Our Troop is about 30 strong (on a good day) and while we have a fair number of adult leaders, there are still times where we could use more adults. Get out there and help Scouting! Or Doc'll get ya!

I know I didn't enter in the contest, but I have to echo what Derek just said, if you enjoy taking your kids camping, then Scouting needs YOU! *points finger like Uncle Sam* I can't tell you how many troops down here need more adults that are capable, or even willing to go camping, and regardless of what I and other youth will say from time to time, having the adults there does matter a lot.

By the way, I did offer to be a kid for someone to take camping earlier in this contest, as seen below:

Well, if there's someone in Central Florida that still want's to enter but doesn't have a 'kid', I have time middle of next week, I'm only 17, so I count as a kid right? Only stipulation is you don't try anything weird and you split the prize with me.
