I made the mistake of requesting #27 in my first Ganza. Turns out, there is no #27. Well, there is, but either Jaxx made a deal with the devil or he is just a longtime, high-rolling & loyal customer/HOG who has secured #27.

NM DSF, FFDSF. We need a big ass blade/chopper that has a straight, in line spine and grip like the DSF and pork shank. So it can be thrown. Maybe a pork shank that's as big as an ASH? Having a straight line that lends itself to throwing is a criteria for many, and Busse is lacking in that category. The only 2 are the Pork Shank and DSF. Crossing my fingers.
