Helen, GA. It's a little Bavarian styled town in the mountains of Georgia. I've been plenty of places, but it's the most relaxing for me.

Not sure what my favorite vacation place is. I love finding new places. I am planning to take my daughter down to Kings Dominion for their Halloweenfest thing this weekend so I'm looking forward to that.

Mine would have to be Mosquito Beach in Munising, Michigan. It's in the Upper Peninsula right on Lake Superior. When I went, the weather was gorgeous and perfect for back-packing and swimming. The water was the clearest I've ever seen in my life, and the scenery was gorgeous!
 
I already commented but forgot to say my favorite vacation spot. It's a lake in northern Washington called lake Chelan. By far the most beautiful and fun vacation I'd ever taken. Sometimes it's good to get away from the beaches and sun in Southern Califrnia.

I've always enjoyed heading up to MI. Nothing special I suppose, but I love bumming around on the shore of Lake Michigan or heading up into the woods of Northern Michigan.

The most fun I ever had on vacation was in Jamaica but I'd vote for any place with beach and ocean. Congrats on your 1000th and thanks for the chance.
 
Here in the Ticonderoga south of Chama, NM. We loved it enough that we moved here when we retired. Thank you for the opportunity. Great GAW. :)

Estes Park CO is my favorite vacation spot i try and make it there twice a year when i visit my sister who lives few hours away. i live in Maryland so its a big change in mtns which i love.
 
Haven't been to many places here in the good ol U.S, but I'd have to say Vegas!! Btw, congrats, and thanks for the chance.
 
Thanks for the generous give away and congrats on 1000 posts! No pictures right now, but my favorite destination is the Southern Alps of New Zealand.
 
My would be Newquay, England which is where I moved to when I was three and lived until I was nine, I still consider it my home town even though I wasn't born there, but my earliest memories are of there, even picked up a accent that I can't get rid of . Been back once or twice while i was still living overseas, great place. Popular tourist spot, but even better during the off season, the waves are awesome and people their are so friendly

Off to the right their is a naturally occuring pool that filled during high tide, and became a kiddy pool
 
I am in. I would most like to return to Samoa, a beautiful place where I spent time in the Peace Corps.
