1095 Paring knives!!!

My first choice in looking at your site is the bolivian rosewood...but if we're limited to the 3 choices above then i'd take the wenge.
I'll be happy either way really........they all look great!

If you're taking orders for your next batch, I would like one with green canvas micarta. Thanks, Tom.

Capitalized, dang the post office is FAST!! Glad you got her and like her!!

The tulipwood one is sold.

Still have both the black paper micarta ones.

Jeremy and Peter, sure, I got an order card for both of you started with green micarta. Got to wait until more steel gets here, I burned through the last 12 foot 2" wide of that thickness so fast I almost thought I didn't order any on my last steel order.

Marret, sure, which one would you like, the top one or the bottom one?

The paring knife is the most used knife in most kitchens, and this a great one. The blade is the perfect length and shape, and came with a wicked edge. And the micarta handle is thick enough to grip for delicate cuts or to reverse and use to peel and core an apple. Fit and finish were great. My wife has already tried to hide it for her use!

tkeegan-- Great! good to hear that you are enjoying her! I can make her one of her own if you like, just let me know what she would like for the handle scales, I just finished a chef in purpleheart that came out nice if she likes purple.

Received, the knife today. Agree with tkeegan. Nice and sharp. Will make a great slicer. Thanks.
