1095 Paring knives!!!

total for both knives is $50 for the small one, and $70 for the larger one. I can ship them both in the same box, so just $5 for conus shipping. so a grand total of $125. and my paypal is joe357m@bresnan.net

leather sheaths are $20 extra for each one and they would take me a day or two to get them made for you

Joe, I've been using your paring knife quite a bit. Its a small razor thin parer, having a choice of handle is ideal and the price is right.
 
I totally agree Davor. The only downside to Joe's paring knife is that it will spoil you and you'll askew at your other paring knives.

Do you have any of the 3.5" paring knives left? It's only been a week since I got my first chef knife from you and now the other knives I've had in my kit for years feel barely usable!

I have one of those 3.5" parers on my website left, she wears some nice cocobolo scales I think, and you are welcome to her if you like
