11-1/2 years later. 2K giveaway. Winners Announced.

11 1/2 years ago I was in high school, being young and dumb but not as much as other guys just mainly a lot of missed opportunities I passed up on like an idiot by wasting time playing games with friends. If I could do it all over again I would still have had a lot of fun with friends but also took advantage of so many golden opportunities that presented itself to me back in high school it's not even funny. No pics my family was still rocking the old school analog camera's as digital camera's sucked back than.

Thanks for the chance.

Not an entry.

The only thing different is that I own more knives now than I did then.

Wow. Thanks for the chance, im in.

11-1/2 years ago, I was in Ann Arbor, MI. Dating my future wife to be at that time. Now we have one 2 year old and live in the Los Angeles area. I was 50# heavier at that time too.

Favorite knife pattern is the Case mini copperhead, with one I want to obtain being the old Camillus Buck 309 (don't have one though, looking. :)

I'm in and thanx.

11,5 years ago I still had a steady job at a flexographic printing factory, had a LAT relationship (still have with the same woman) after being divorced for over 2 years.

Right now I've been unemployed for 1,5 years now and after a hard 1,5 years with my son it finally seems to go a little better.

Good luck everyone ;)

Congratulations on the milestone, and thanks for this generous giveaway. Great knives, but I've been lucky lately, so will pass with thanks :)

Eleven and a half years ago, I'd recently moved to a new town, and just broken my leg!

I'm in. I've been trying for a Trader in ebony for over a year. I missed out every time so far and am waiting for the next run.

11.5 years ago I was still married with 1 surviving teenage boy. I had a main, full time state job, a part time 3rd shift, and another part time trying to help my brother get his online business up. I would stay up working until I fell asleep at the keyboard, then sometimes fall asleep standing up making the coffee for the next morning. 1.5 hours later the day would begin again. Some days did not end and I'd exercise and shower and begin again.

3 dogs, 2 cats. I had to stay behind to work and take care of the animals while the (now ex) wife took the kid to the beach on weekends, then home to Ireland once a year.

I didn't mind the work so much but listening to the wife make it seem like I wasn't a good husband because I never spent enough time with her did get annoying. She never complained on pay days, just other days when she was bored.

I already needed several orthepedic surgeries by then but put them off as I didn't have time.

I was in my 40's then. Best years of my life. :) heh!

Me and one dog, Finn the Mastiff are all that's left now. I've had 4 surgeries and need about 6 more. You guys ever seen Black and Decker surgery tools? Surgery drills, mallets and chisels? Looks like regular ones to me. :)

What a generous GAW. I would love to be included. 11 1/2 years ago I was single, made good money as a flooring contractor and had no payments. My 2 modest vehicles, small modest home and old boat, all payed off. I worked hard to hunt and fish as many places and as often as I could. I am still shocked about how much money I spent on my outdoor activities.

Now I am married, 3 great kids and a ex wife. All the bills and expenses that come with the different life I have now.

Not many things I would change though.

11-1/2 years ago, I was 23 years old, six months away from graduating college, and forty pounds lighter. The only knives I owned were a Vic Tinker, some kind of Cold Steel tanto, and I think that was it. Now I'm married, with a three year old boy named Ryan, and a daughter named Emily due in October. My knife collection has matured, although I still carry that Tinker when feeling a bit nostalgic.

I'm in, thanks! 11.5 years ago I was 12.5. I was probably sitting on my butt playing Pokemon lol. I currently don't own any traditionals but I do like the Canoe and Stockman patterns.

I'm in. Congrats on your post count!

11.5 years ago I was 8.5 years old. I was in school and all about the YMCA swim team. That's pretty much all I remember.

Congrats on the 2000! Back then I was recently remarried, 60 pounds lighter, almost no gray hair, and only owned a half-dozen knives.

This pic is more like 15 years ago, but the closest I have. I am with my niece, who just graduated from pharmacy school and got engaged.

I'm in. Very generous.

11.5 years ago I was 27ish 60 pounds lighter and ran a karate school.

Not and entry, but a great giveaway!

11.5 years ago I was at art school; the UWIC (University of Wales In Cardiff) Llandaff campus. I had far too good a time and was encouraged to pursue a different route shall we say.

Now I'm a cop. Who'd of thunk it?!

My favourite folder.

I'm in.

11-1/2 years ago I was stationed at FLECOMPRON SIX (VC-6) in Norfolk, VA running QST-35's for small boat attack exercises and live fire qualification exercises for helicopter squadrons.

I am in. 11 1/2 years ago I was an addict failing out of college, scamming money for drugs, and living on a blow up in a friends garage. Sober now 8 years, married, and one 15 month old. Life is good.

I'm in! Very generous giveaway! Those are both very cool knives! 11-1/2 years ago, i was only four years old, but that summer i broke 2 bones in my left arm on a trampoline. Those were broken bones #2 and #3. Thanks again for the generous giveaway! Very kind!

120# heavier than I am right now
Congrats on the weight loss. I'm down 40+ lbs myself.

I'm in. 11 1/2 years ago I settling into my new home with my 1 yo son and wife.

Today I'm frantically packing to move into a new house a few streets over. Have 2 great sons who bring purpose to my life. Luckily I still have the same wife! Without her I'm certain I'd be homeless somewhere taking showers with a garden hose.

11 1/2 years my now lost case stockman had been my only knife for 2 1/2 years.
Today I have more knives than I can easily use.

11 1/2 years ago I was single, dead broke and under employed but hopeful. Nowadays I'm married with a gorgeous daughter, great fun career and bills aren't worrisome anymore, still hopeful.

I'm in, cool contest.
