Shouldn't blood grooves run vertically on a cleaver?.....theoretically so to speak......
 
I'm a I grew up a skins fan, and I'm pissed that they decide they can play with the big boys 12 weeks in the season. No reason they should win.
 
I clearly do not understand the Redskins.

They were a genuine football team today.

It was like this was the first game of the season for them. Perhaps they just need 11 more pre-season games to warm up??:confused:

Whatever. That was some impressive football -- by both teams.:thumbup:
 
The skins wouldn't be so bad is they had an o line with a litte talent, and could stay healthy. Oh well, next year.

OP are you based out of NIH in Bethesda? Or would you have to kill me?

It would be truly odd for someone based at NIH to take such a step.;)

Nope ... not there, although I have friends on station. I'm an old, retired USAF officer, scientist-type. For my sins, I was 'abandoned' in the DC area -- trapped in the national agencies. So, when I finally became too old to serve, I ended up a captive contractor within those same national agencies.

It's not a bad life. Confusing, frustrating, sometimes even maddening, but not a bad life. I kid myself that I still make a real contribution. It keeps me rising early in the morning, ready for that life-mangling DC commute.

So, no. No killing required.:)

Nope. Instead, I occasionally ruminate over my own drunken, past escapades.

Believe me, it ain't a pretty remembrance.:eek:

Just don't see any need to recognize my long-absent younger self in the persona of young Max.
 
It used to take me 2 hrs to get to work when I lived in the metro. Moved out west, now it takes 20 pain free minutes... I did 2 years withe the gov. Not a bad gig, but the commute is a deal breaker.
 
Likewise I moved out of Hamilton to Brantford here I work - 2 mile commute is nice :) as opposed to 35 miles with traffic.
