OP,,, do you believe in chiropractics? I used to think it was BS, until a car accident a few years ago did me pretty bad. my MD suggested a chiropractor. I was very cynical about it, but this guy worked miracles for me. took a while though.... 3 times a week for about 8 months. but it worked, to this day I still don't really have problems with my back.
 
OP, another avenue to pursue, post-doctor-visit, might be to see a physical therapist. I know these folks have helped both my mother and my wife. Not only do they help with the pain; they also help you strengthen the muscles and ward off re-injury.

Sounds logical.

I think ... quick doctor visit first, just in case I've cracked something. Then, PT or chiropractor. I'm tired of this ache and pain.

Let's just say - It was my day

Seller Can't report it stolen becasue I paid for it - He claimed only 3 rounds thru it, but I guesstimate maybe a box - so took another $50 off the deal - LOL

Been looking for a deal on one of these foeva - Realtree Anaconda - 8" of pure pleasure :D

I'm playing the lotto this week - fo sho :thumbup:
