How's the weight loss coming? I thought about it after you originally posted and I wanted to tell you not to worry too much about BMI, as it isn't a very accurate measure of fitness. All BMI measure is "mass", which is misleading. When I was bodybuilding I was 6'2" 225lbs and 5% body fat and BMI had me listed as extremely obese :) focus on body composition (percentage body fat), blood pressure, cholesterol, strength, flexibility, endurance. I think these would be a more accurate measure of fitness. Momma says she's here to offer fitness/diet info as well.

Again Merry Christmas fellas!!

Thanks for the info, rlarge!

Well, Round 1, aka The Santa Round, is over. I can finally shower and kick back for a while. Then... lunch and Round 2, which will be pretty laid back since it's just me, momma, and the children today.

Did a little knife play, with my step moms newest kitchen knife,

I love the Santuko Blade. That is the knife I use most when preparing food in the kitchen. I wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and hope everyone has a blast with their family, loved ones, or by themselves. To each his and her own!

takes care of those nasty microscopic G10 fibers.

After two days of family functions its back to normal - momma always get the hoot listening to my dad and uncles once they finished a few bottles.

Nothing like blitzed Polacks....:p:foot:

Pauli, thinkin' about getting that 7" Troy battle rail. It's in stock again at $139 with penny shipping and comes with three free rail covers.

Troy makes good stuff - their 7" rails are good the longer models are starting be a bit to heavy.

I like LaRue and Daniel Defense (especially the Omega which is ridiculously easy to install)
