Compounds that I use are bark river. they work great for stropping and with cork belts for a satin to mirror finish. Other options but this works well for me. They are grease based compounds I think.

My buddy and I shot his glock .40 side by side with my Baer 45 and he wanted to throw his glock in the trash. He was LEO, army and worked at a glock armory also. He is getting a Baer soon

I think the glock is fun to shoot.

Glock is perfect for me 'cuz I'm lazy and don't like to clean a gun.

Last year I was thinking of dumping my Glock 21 (.45) in favor of a 23 (.40) so I tried a rental at the range. I was surprised how sharp the recoil was, quite a 'snap' compared to the 'push' of the .45. Decided to stick with .45, but want to try a 21SF and see if the smaller grip can erally be felt.
