It looks like a very nice Knife and fare enough if you need or want a new blade for the KitchenThe price is more then fair IMHO.
Regular tweener price with 1095 $80ish.
Upgraded scales $40
Upgraded sheath $50
Plus the time and chemicals for stripping the black coating off and putting your own patina on.
With this we get all the upgrades included. On top of that a super premium steel. s35vn
Ethan has made some of the best kitchen knives I've ever used. So this is a no-brainer.
The scales don't look right because they are bone linen micarta, not the regular we are use to. Now if someone wants to school me on the differences between the regular and the bone linen, please do so.
