120th Anniversary BK98 Becker Tuko

Today in honor of our 120th anniversary on Sunday, April 29th we are releasing a limited edition knife, the KA-BAR Becker BK98 Becker Tuko. Only 120 pieces of these were made and are only sold at KA-BAR.com.

Those handles don’t look like micarta. Perhaps a regular release is coming too.

We are shopping for new kitchen knives too, to go with the new place. $200 though.
I'm sure it's worth it. But still. Damn...

I'm in that mode where I feel like I am spending an enormous amount of money. New house, some updates, new furnishings, moving expenses ...

Regular tweener price with 1095 $80ish.

Upgraded scales $40

Upgraded sheath $50

Plus the time and chemicals for stripping the black coating off and putting your own patina on.

With this we get all the upgrades included. On top of that a super premium steel. s35vn

Ethan has made some of the best kitchen knives I've ever used. So this is a no-brainer.


The scales don't look right because they are bone linen micarta, not the regular we are use to. Now if someone wants to school me on the differences between the regular and the bone linen, please do so.
