You might want to start a new thread, asking who does knife mods in Europe. I've seen some of their work, but can't remember any names.
 
are there any worthy Busse modders in Europe?

btw can someone tell me why the European line of Busse knives was stopped?
not enough demand?
 
On the vest, I'd go with the CABS or some other Boss Jack variant. Depending on how thick you want it. Active Duty or Meaner Streets would also work well. Maybe you could find a spot on the belt or a bag for the HR?

For the BOB, the CG would be a good choice. I'm partial to .27 FBM's myself or a B11, even though it is a little long and doesn't fit in all my bags. Don't count out the Swamp Rat Battle Rat. It's one of my favorites. Or if you wanted a "little" extra weight go for the FFBM. I love the NMFBM, but it's a big, big heavy knife as mentioned above. I think I'd definitely go .25 or thicker on the BOB knife, though.
