Just finished mine. Finishing the sheath tonight it'll be in the mail tomorrow. Should arrive either ON or just before Christmas. I hope the United Statian that's getting mine likes it....I know I do even though it's got lots of flaws.
In fact, only yesterday I felt a twitch of envy because I wanted to keep it. So I hope the recipient will like it....if not he can send it back to me ;-)

I'm not sure who this is going to, but I know who made it. I didn't make it. Very nice knife. Someone will be very pleased with this one! It's a very cleanly done knife and sheath. Excellent work in my opinion!! I don't know any of the specs on this knife, but I'm sure after Christmas the maker will chime in and let us know the specs.

My knife and sheath is done and being shipped out in about an hour or two. It's going east. Since I live near Portland, Oregon that doesn't narrow it down much, does it? :D
 
i need to do a sheath and then get mine in the mail...it is a different design than i normally do, i hope the recipient likes it!
 
Mine's down to 600 grit but I'm still trying to bring the hamon out better. Other then that she's done. If it doesn't get any better by Friday then it's going out as is.
 
Mine should be done tomorrow. The sheath is another story though. :)

I am humbled by all the work I have seen thus far.
 
Here is my exchange knife, still need to do a final clean up, put on a lanyard and etch my mark into the blade. Sheath is cut out tooled and dyed, will glue in the welt and stitch it up tomorrow and get it in the mail.

I finaly put it in the mail today. I was told it should make it there in 3 day. I was getting worried.
 
Mines all done, The knife is as good as it's gonna get. It's all polished and presentable. Sheaths made, albeit a little primitave imho. My leathercraft is not on par w/ my knifewerk. But I'm refusing to let myself obsess over it any longer. :eek: getting shipped 2-day w/confirmation & insurance. tomarrow. :D

Grab your blade and cap and ball, it's time to play some cards. That would certainly look good with a six shooter on my hip. The knives just keep coming and they keep looking good.

the sheath is my weakest part also. I am sure I am forgeting something but if it doesnt get out it never will. I forgot Is the Gun for me LOL

the pic is great and Great job on the knife.
 
Just put it in the mail....and then realised I forgot to take pictures. I paid for it to get to the states by Christmas...but the mail lady said chances were slim that it would actually get there on time. If not....sorry dude (you don know who you are but I bet mine isn't the only on that'll be there late)
