2009's What Did You Cut Today w/ Your Buck?

Before the "pill companies" slip a knife in with the pill package, there may need to be some consideration regarding the type of medication. May not want to include a knife with anti-depressant or anti-psychotic medication.
Sliced up some smoked sausage with my BP110 this morning.

I dug up gopher hole with my beagles and a 651 Pigsticker...then dropped a present for the little runt.
FIRE IN THE HOLE!!!!
I love the smell of Naplam in the morning. Well...actually a pair of Picolo Petes ;)

Funny story about my old cast iron. bunch of us guys went off down to Lake Guerro Mexico fishing one time. Naturally we hire a couple of camp boys to do dishes and be our watch dogs when we were on the lake.

Of course we caught a ton of fish and began frying them up in that old well seasoned cast iron. Came back in the next afternoon and the dishes were all done up, and that old cast iron shined like a new mirror. I kinda freaked, but the camp boys were so proud they got it clean I couldn't do anything but laugh and paid them a little extra for the amount of hours they had to have scrubbed on that thing.

It was solid rust by the time I got it back home and started the re-seasoning process. A camp story that I still tell from time to time.

Bought my youngest son a pair of shoes today as his feet seem to GROW overnight. Anyway I used my Custom BG-42 110 to cut the plastic loops that the price tags are attached to.....not exciting but have you ever tryed to pull those dang things apart?

Take care, Mike Arnold

10-point buck with my Omni Hunter 12 Pt. fixed blade. Zipped right through and I didn't even need a different knife for caping.

Fresh baked bread-still warm:thumbup:that one of my customers brought in-used my new used 442 bucklite.

I used the old 301 to cut up my seed potatos to plant them.
I got to get the garden started. All them retired guys are ahead of me.:D
The 301 I got from a Buck Brother here on the forum.

I cut my thumb  Not very exciting but in all fairness it was a very clean cut:D
By the way, thats some fine lookin grub you made for diner

The Dutch Oven thing works great. I messed up on this one a little. The catch pan I put under the oven fit way to snug and it choked off the air flow to the bottom coals. So the veggies didn't cook. Chicken was fine though.

Matt321, That dinner really looks tasty.
Hawk,I thought you guys in the SE would be going that about now.In fact I just wrote my mother asking her about their garden planting efforts. HA, we won't even start planting for another 3months.The tomatoes barely have enough time to make before Sept.frost arrives.
I caped out a nice 9pt. mule deer using my 3line 110.Darn, that knife cuts nice!DM

Good stories in this thread.

I've been edc'ing my TNT and sliced up some sirloin tip that got pushed out of sight in the fridge. It passed the smell test but thought the pup's might like it better than me.

Man, this TNT slices steak as sweet as any knife I've ever tried on a piece of meat...I now know for a fact I don't want to get my thumb on it's business end.

The thing is this TNT has put me off the idea I need a Sebenza...now Buck is actually saving me money:D:thumbup:
