Great stuff JD, Its been entirely too long since I caught a Tuna..

Nice Specs as well!

The big guirls came out to play today!

And my cousin gets the fish of the day at 6.10 lbs

So far the early spring bass bite has been great!!

I like how you carry your blade. think ill do a RC-4 like that:D

Bass fishing in Mississippi river backwater. The bass were stacked up on riprap. Caught 33 on buzzbaits utilizing a plastic two man bassboat. Most of them two to three lbs football shaped prespawn fish. Large boats cannot make it here. Fishing was cut short by a sudden storm. Waves were overlapping the boat. I had to beach it at a nearby camp, then walk a mile to the truck. It would have been a 50+ day. It took all I could muster to get the flooded craft onto bank.

I have a severe case of bassthumb.[/I]

Knife shot. Mora clipper attached to front pocket. Handiest fishing knife I ever used.

Great stuff DB!!

Buzzbait bass are great!!

30+ on them is outstanding!

Seams like the Small moth and Largemoth have begun to move up on their beds by me!
All fish were released and we watched them swim right back to their beds.

Sorry for the crapy pics, they were taken with my cell phone camera.

I still need to buy another camera...

I love the color on small mouth. They fight great for their size as well!

We had a bunch of doubles today! Alot of fun!!

Even though fishing was great, a nasty thunderstorm forced us to call it quits. Something about rowing a boat on a lake and watching lightning strike a few hundred yards away gives me the willies:o

Baby Brush Hog strikes again.

Yup, thats my #1 confidence lure:thumbup:

I went out again today. Got a bunch more smallies and a few large mouth. Nothing big so no pics.
However this nice size Crappie hit my tube.

and this is what he looked like at dinner time:D

Pueblo Reservoir Pueblo,Co. Did a mountain bike ride then threw out some poles, wasn't expecting to catch anything. Boy was I wrong! 5.5lb. 21inch Rainbow trout. Great day!

Thanks! It was very good! Still have some fillets that I put in the freezer. Yeah Colorado is great!

Great Rainbow KM! I bet that was fun to catch!

Thank you! Yeah it was great fight, you could tell it was something big.

JDRAIZOR, Those are beautiful fish on your tailgate. What are they? I'm from California and I don't believe that we have those here.

Thanks, Greg V

My 6 year old Ethan and I's first trip from this year, he caught 30+ bream at a private pond where were trying to get the bream numbers down so the bass will grow.
