1. Bigger: Depends on which of the 2 patterns.
2. Swell center: No.
3. 2nd choice: Swell center.
My vote would be for the equal end Jack, which I think GEC's is 4 1/8", but should still be pocketable (I think).
I would like to say that there seems to be quite a few "new" people weighing in here. That is not a problem, but some don't seem to know how it's typically done, nor the time the ENTIRE process is.
Personally, I would really like to hear what CSC & Queen says as to their patterns, etc.
Having said that, if it is to be a GEC, my vote would be for the equal end Jack because I think it's slimmer (Easier pocket carry) than a swell center if both are the same length. Just a thought.
I'm guessing if it is to be GEC, then the steel will be 1095, right? I know GEC also makes knives in 440C & 420HC (For their Cripple Creek knives & maybe others, not sure). I have no problem with 1095, I'm just confirming that that is what we're talking about.
Also, if people are pretty set, maybe we can just do a poll. Whether we choose one of the 2 GEC patterns or possibly a 3rd choice of whether we wait until "Waynorth" hears back from the other manufacturers.
Just a thought & my opinion, only.
If I haven't said, thank you in advance, guys, for the jobs you're doing.
