2 blades - Muskrat clip in front of a Wharncliffe blade (Ie standard wharncliffe trapper config)
Barehead with Federal shield works for me.
Or the one pictured will do!!:D
 
Voted Wharncliffe Trapper again single blade barehead with Federal shield closer to 3 & 1/2".
 
Both nice, but my vote would have to go to the congress jack. Bone scales, or even stag.

Wharncliff,sheepsnlamb foot main. Take that pen secondary, and make it a tiny clip point! I love the clip point secondary on my S&M barlow!
 
Wharncliffe Trapper trapper for me, Single Blade, would love for it to be in Stainless Steel Though. Bareheaded Looks fantastic
 
WT if and only if there is a secondary clip blade!!!!!!!! If it has both it is a dream and I will buy 2, if it only has one I will forget about it immediately.
 
Congress jack, bar shield and pen secondary (definitely something pointy as a secondary). Around 3 1/2''

Go go go CJ, or I don't have an excuse to buy a fruitport :D
 
WT single blade, bareheaded as pictured, 3.5", anything larger doesn't fit well in my front pocket.
 
Looking at these two side-by-side, I've changed my mind from the CJ to the WT. Not sure why...

But, if we do get the WT, I'd be all for keeping the blade profile as is, and adding a second blade, as others have mentioned. If cost is prohibitive, I'd still be quite happy with the knife as originally posted, shield included, but change the bone to RAM'S HORN.

I want two baldes so if Trapper wins then I vote for a secondary pen or small spear blade.
 
CJ for me, mainly becuase I already have my quota of WT's.

I will be happy with either one.
 
I voted congress jack. Would prefer a pen blade as secondary, bar shield and jigged bone handles. Nice old style brown bone with peach seed jigging would be nice. If the wharncliff trapper wins I would prefer a two blade with a pen secondary, other than that pretty much like the photo looks very nice.

I voted for the CJ again. Pen blade secondary with extended spring, if possible.

If the WT wins, a two blade version with a clip as the other blade and under 4" is my preference. I can easily find a Scagel Fruitport if I want a single blade version with good steel.
 
I like the Wharncliffe Trapper with 2 blades, even if the 2nd blade is smaller like on the Congress Jack. The backwards curve of the Congress pattern just doesn't feel right in my hand.
