2012 Buck 124?

Yep, half off list - five per year. I offered to fax my DD214, but she never said it was necessary.

Folks,

We need to stop the deal spotting. Larry Oden is not a paid BF dealer and advertising what he has for sale is a no-go. There are other deal spots in the this thread as well. On request, I went back through other similar threads and they are loaded with advertisement and promotion of non-paid BF dealers. You folks have a great culture in this forum and nobody is trying to diminish that but site rules apply here as well. Please, no more deal spotting or advertising for non-paid BF dealers. You can find a list of paid BF dealers here.

I passed this info on to CJ Buck and Joe Houser as well.

Thanks

Jason

I just got my second one in todays mail and it's just as perfect as the first one I got. The odd thing is that the first only had a warranty card in it and the second doesn't even have that. They both came direct from Buck that way because the cardboard box that Buck sends them in was not opened on either one. No COA or anything.

My first had no paperwork at all. My second did have the two-sided warranty/welcome small card.

I fired off an email to the Buck Store to see if they could round up a spare card for me paper-loving me over the weekend. I'll let you know as details develop.

I also wonder about the lack of a COA in both.

I received mine in the mail today! What a beast! Great job by Buck on this knife, a real looker. I'm hoping to get some pics posted in a few days.

ETA: A shout out to Steve "Oregon" for pointing me in the right direction, thanks Bro:thumbup:

Is there any paperwork from Buck with yours?

Thank you for the kind words t. That vendor is a paid dealer of bf I believe but it not my place to advertise even if I revere that man like a giant in the cutlery industry I value.

That brings up a good question. How are we to know if a dealer is a paid advertising dealer on the forum? Is there a list of sponsors somewhere?

The list is maintained in the Tech Support & Help forum. Here is a direct link

If you scroll down to post #16, Revdevil has a good list associating user names to business names.

For those of you who didn't get in on one of them and still want one, A.G. Russell (ok to mention per Morrow, rookie super mod) still has two in stock. The price is good, less than $5 delivered more than through the club and they get them to you in a hurry.

I regret to inform you, Plumberdv, that the count is down to one 124 left at AG Russell... one is on it's way to C.A. (Central Alabama), he he he! Thanks for the head's up!

A happy Stainz!

No problem! There were three left when I called them this morning, and only two left when I ended my call. ;)

Oh yeah, the credit should go to oregon, he's the one that turned me on to them. I'd have never thought of them, when I see "A.G. Russell" I think big $$$$.

Apparently Buck is not close to meeting the demand from their retailers.

I talked to them yesterday and they said it would be at least 60 days on my 124.

So, the Wolf Spirit Bowie is now on the way and the wait is still on for the 124.

I'm in no rush and I really doubt that the 124 will actually take that long to show up.

:)

My 124 arrived yesterday from AGR. My postal fellow managed to get the box and the day's mail in my mailbox - retrieval was fun. Ordered on the 22nd - here on the 24th. The sheathed knife, wrapped in bubblewrap, was alone in the black box - all tied up, of course. Super knife - not a bad deal at <$129 delivered. Thanks, everyone, for the heads up!

They are fast to get them out. Mine should be here today then. You're much closer to them than I am but Priority Mail rarely ever takes more than three days from anywhere in the country to get to me.

To put the 124LE in proper perspective, here it is in it's Micarta handled glory with a 120 Pro Line General annd your basic W-W 119 Special:

Thanks for the head's up - and thank you, AGR!
