2012 Christmas KITH - have you started yet?

I'm in. I don't care what I get. Christmas is awesome.

I made a knife for my family's white elephant party and ended up getting a pair of girls socks in return because my niece forgot about the party until that morning :) Plus, my 10 year old nephew ended up winning my knife (scaring/making everyone jealous), but now he's older and in Boy Scouts and I'm thrilled he won it.

I've got some cool ideas to try out. Whoever ends up running this thing, you'll hear nothing but thanks from me. I'm excited too get started! Mike

Had another idea that some of you folks might be interested in: We could do a GAW KITH, where instead of receiving knives, we choose to donate them to our favorite cause (perhaps we give them out as xmas presents to servicemen, or donate them for an auction for Knife Rights, etc). That way nobody worries about what they're receiving, since the focus is on making a gift, and they're not receiving anything except the joy of helping out a worthy cause. Just a thought...
 
I am going to close this thread now that the Oficial KITH thread is up. Two threads with similar tiltes could get confusing.
