^^^ That. There have been several for sale already. There will probably be a few more, but they may get snapped up quickly.

I only checked this thread a few times just to see if this knife has been shipped en mass. Good to see folks are getting theirs in the mail. I figured I'll be close to last as I ordered a bit late, maybe around #350 or so and I see someone with a serial number of 208 just received theirs, so I'm optimistic that by end of next week, maybe I'll start looking out the window for a special delivery. If not, not a big deal, just anxious to add it to the collection.
 
You can't tell how many have gone out by the serial number. They seem to be going in random order. These serial numbers have already found their new homes:

Have only domestic USA orders been shipped? Any idea when shipping to Canada will commence?

Just a friendly reminder: Spark - when shipping to Canada please ensure pivot is tightened as much as possible and I'd even go one step further and place a zip tie completely around blade and handle to lock it closed... once mine does ship, I don't want it held up or confiscated by Canada Customs... !

Thanks again for your efforts in getting this whole thing organised and expedited!
 
Oh well, so much for my logic. I was just taking a shot in the dark really. It would really funny if I actually get #350.

I have not received mine. I live in Norway though, but I have not heard anything about the extra cost of shipping it. I'm not even sure if I was too late when i ordered mine. I just realized I can not send PMs either, so that explains why Spark did not respond to my PM.

I'm in no rush, just curious more than anything....

I had ordered mine Apr 16th or something and got contacted late on the 17th of Dec for extra shipping. Just be sure to check the email you have linked to your paypal cause that's how the request comes in.

Didn't get a tracking number or anything after I paid -- it just came. Ser #059


Also the knife was smaller than I was expecting - I guess I didn't really look at the size of a skyline or anything. I don't mind though.
The knife seems super tight too - hard to open but maybe that's from the cold or from tightening to lessen problems getting across the border, idk.

Yes, I was contacted by Spark and had to pay the additional s&h before it was shipped.

Funny, I turned 44 a little over 2 weeks ago, so #0044 will be pressed into service right away as my secondary EDC. :D
 
one way to approx. shipment times or whatnot would be for people who have very recently received knives to post when they ordered. Then people could get a good idea of when their knife is close to shipping (hopefully generating less whine). not that people would pay any attention to that either... oh well
