2012 LE Bladeforums Skyline Discussion

Just an update: Kershaw should be shipping these to us either tomorrow or Tuesday. They will begin shipping out the day after they arrive.

Thanks Spark and Kershaw for this great knife! And to everyone here at Bladeforums for making this a great place to be a part of!

Just an FYI, Spark said in the "tech" forum that he is closing down pre-orders for these until he figures out how many are still available because Paypal hasn't kept the #s correct with the refunds he did so he doesn't want to over sell them. "Thinks" there are about 36 left but wants to make sure.

so is there a BF logo or anything stating that it is the BF limited edition? are they numbered?

So there's nothing on the blade, and they are not numbered...

Will there be any paperwork that states it's a BF limited edition?

yes, they are numbered. look at the bottom by the flipper. also, the printed model number is 1760BFC... that should let everyone know that it is a BF LE.

What do you want paperwork for? You can use your paypal receipt, that should enough. Aside from the model name 1760BFC. What else? :)

Can it cut all by itself? Maybe a freaking lazer beam attached to it's forehead:eek:... er spine:D?! Just kidding with ya! I must be getting insane because its sooo close I can smell it!:stupid:

A question merely out of curiousity: Does the 1760BFC have the assisted opening feature (i.e. Speed Safe) or is it non-assisted like the regular 1760 Skyline? Sorry if I missed this info if it was reported in the earlier thread.
