2013 Spring Gathering May 3,4,5

The misses and I made it home fine, and with great morale. Not sure who all's beer I babysat this weekend; but thanks! Thanks to Ethan and the entire crew for a heck of a great weekend!
 
Made it back safe and now it's nap time. Thank you again Ethan for hosting such an amazing event. It was really good to see everyone again. Now the wait for Blade show begins.
 
I made it home. Thanks to everybody for a great weekend. Let's do it again.....without the effin rain!
 
Made it back about 10 min ago. Rained the entire way back, yay. Stopped for an company picnic at Hooters in Richmond, Kentucky. As usual, had way too much fun. Ethan outdone himself again with the hospitality and generosity. Thanks Boss! Got to see a lot of old friends and met some new great people. Will post pix as they are available.
 
I had a hell of a time guys. Met some good folks, drank plenty and stayed fairly dry given the conditions! Thanks everyone for having me and especially Ethan for his generosity for sharing his place, time and damn good cooking!

Forgot to add, I got a new custom blade. Some local TN fella. Pretty damned sweet knife at a helluva price. Thanks Matt! You have paypal?
 
Home safe. Will post more after I shower, sleep, catch up with the wife and kids. Thanks again Ethan. Still a great time dispite the rain and myself feeling under the wheather a little. I can't imagine a better group of people.

Whew......Everybody seems to be getting home OK ........ YAY!......

What a grand time..... i cannot believe how incredibly lucky I am...... To have met this many great people through my Knives is really almost unbelievable to me......Thankfull- you bet !!! ........ To have just come from Becker West where the welcome and hospitality and comaraderie was awesome and then to come home and have the great company of all you guys is enough to make the old guy teary eyed.......What a great crew you all are, East and West......Thank You all for making me feel so damn good....... To have the variety of (as Gibbsy would say) interesting life forms having so much fun together is as amazing as it is gratifying......

Thanks for all the work that made it happen.......Moose, Murph, Eric, Psyop on the front end (and thank you Derek for your long range supervision).......and thanks to Matt, Gutsy, Phillip and the Moose on the back end......

What a hell of a great time with the best people I know.....

I am already looking forward to the fall.......

Thanks for all the hard work that goes into putting one of these on. Thanks to Ethan for being the always gracious, generous and genuine host. Thanks to the incredibly talented knife makers for submitting some amazing work for us to play with, and thanks to Ka-bar for the gifts. It was great seeing old friends and making new ones. Great food, fellowship and knives. And even some of the best home made liquor and brew on the planet.

I too want to say thanks and how it was great to see and hang out with everyone again. Glad everyone made it back safe.
