Was there any mention of when the poll will close?
I voted for the Canal St. 1095 as I think the stag will look best on this knife. When you have to fit stag on both ends to bolsters....problems.....especially 300 times. Much of the bark will have to be ground off if you have a slight hump or a slight saddle. Just my 2 cents.

I answered the poll before I read what John posted above, but it is a great point. I think part of the reason I like the CSC offer is the exposed end. Not much use using stag if you grind most of it off.
