2015 Forum Knife Photos

Can't wait to see what mine looks like! It's in the mail, now if it ships north to Canada then east to me it should come quickly. However Usps has even funnier ideas of efficency than does Canada post so...
 
So many pretty ones showing up. Nice pics. No one wants my ugly one on the trading forum :(
 
Might want to wait until more people have theirs before worrying that nobody wants yours!! I'd assume many of the 300 are still en route!
 
Some great looking knives here!! Mine came last week but I haven't had a chance to snap any pics yet. Hopefully this weekend.
 
I remember when we did the Barlow with the stag many members traded amongst themselves because some liked popcorn some liked fat and some like smoother. Don't give up hope yet.
 
Here they are! Normal apologies for my poor photos these days. Very happy with both of my examples; I honestly wasn't convinced that I would like it as much as I do once they were in hand. Both have subtle differences obviously, but both are as well made and finished as the best GEC knives I have. The highly polished pivots and that big, wide single backspring really make these knives for me. Thanks to all involved once again!

Very nice examples Baldy. Your combination looks a little like mine. I had one with a V grain, and one with just stripes. And I was shocked at just how amazing these are in person. They definitely beat my expectations all the way around.
 
I received my knife and while I appreciate all the hard work that went into producing the knife, I too am underwhelmed with the product. The recurve on the clip blade is terrible and I have a noticeable chip in the blade.

The knife, otherwise is very nice and attractive, including the shield and there covers. Obviously though, I wish a little more care had been taken in the grind of the clip blade.

I'm just hoping mine makes it out of Kent, Wa. where it's apparently been sitting for 3 days now...
 
Mine departed from L.A. to Fort Worth? at least a full week before the parcel hits our shores.
