I've had a $50 bill burning a hole in my wallet for about a month now, from my birthday. Can't think of a damn thing to spend it on, haha. Seriously, I used to have a list, but it seems I've purchased everything I wanted. Was thinking of a Skeletool, but hell, I carry a Vic Camper, and have a Wave, so don't really need that. Oh well, maybe I'll just spend it clothes or something.

Buy an extra of your favorite Becker. :D

I can honestly say i have never had this "problem" LOL

I hear ya man, haha. I never did either. I also thought about getting a Spyder Tenacious. Have never owned a Spyder before. But I'm not much on folders really. Like I said, I carry my Camper with me daily. One handed opening would be nice though. A Vic Trekker was also on my list.

Anybody else getting "dotdefender has blocked somethingsomethingsomething?"

Knock on wood, I have not gotten a dotDefender message in 3 days. Prior to that, I got one about every other mouse click.

The good news is that the search feature is up and working again. Or at least it was 5 minutes ago.

Go get 11 more just like it and buy a Glock. Or if you're just gonna blow it on clothes, save it or tack it on the end of a car payment or something like that.

Or that.

Give or take a bit he is located about halfway between me and you... So if you start driving now you can have some of that tasty stout in my hands in just a couple of days.....

:D

Yeah, well I gotta work tonight and the next 4 nights after. How about you just bring it to me. Wrap it in Hex Hawks for insulation to keep it cold. ;)

Ill be honest, every spyder I've owned I've traded away.

I bet the Military or PM2 would fit Dubz super-size mitts...
of course you'd have to tuck that $50 away and add to it for a bit.

I still have all but one (traded to another Beckerhead) and carry them fairly regularly. The Persistence is in my work pants pocket right now. Good size to carry in places where silly restrictions are in place, and at the right price point that it wouldn't be a tragedy to have it confiscated. Plus, it's a damn high quality and capable little blade, IMO.
What didn't you like?
Curious as well. They seem to me to have good ergos and they don't really make anything cheap - even my Ladybug (go ahead and laugh) has a wicked edge and is surprisingly easy to hold onto for such a little knife.

I found them to be a little too expensive (and way overhyped on these forums) for what I was getting. They're made well, and have good steel and decent ergos, but the ones I owned didn't really speak to me. These include the Gayle Bradley and the PM2.

EDIT: I also have always found it weird that the same people that comment on the griptilians handles feeling cheap will rave about a frn delica.

I have a Tenacious and the related knives. Never used them but I have a whole stack of folders I haven't used yet that are still NIB. I do like the budget Spyderco's though. In fact, I prefer the designs of the tenacious family over all the other Spyderco knives I've seen. The Ambitious is probably the smallest folder I can actually use.

Buy two Beckerhead 64 growlers...
Go inside and buy 32 oz.
Go out to the car.
Pour the beer into the 64 oz. Beckerhead growler.
Go back inside and buy a second 32 oz. worth.
Go back outside and pour that second 32 oz. into the Beckerhead 64 oz.
Repeat on the second Beckerhead growler, with same or different beer
Go back inside again and return the 32 oz growler as empty and defective
Now you have 128 oz. of goodness and no crappy growler ;)

You're welcome. :D

fixed it
