Only personal preference on the scale materials and feel, but that's up to you.

Steel-wise, a little more corrosion resistance with S110V perhaps but really quite similar, all other things considered.

s110v is more stainless, but ive had chipping issues with it on my manix2

both s110v and s90v will take long time to sharpen. a LOT of people have a more difficult time sharpening s110v (google it).

i prefer the s90v myself, and carbon fiber.
 
Yeah I thought I had bought my last folder for a while when I got the KW S90V CF/Ti Military. The para3 has never even caught my eye and then BAM! S90V and Carbon Fiber.... looks like I will be buying one
 
The 100 Pacer will be cheaper than I anticipated at around $215. The scale design is really unique; it actually captures the look of snake skin quite well. This one is a must buy for me. Spyderco is really killing it this year; so many good designs.
