Yeah, I can't complain too much about the USPS. Heck, I can put a Christmas card in my mailbox at the end of our lane here in PA & they send someone out to pick it up, then they get someone else to take it to my sister in WA all for 57 cents, or whatever a stamp costs nowadays. I call that a bargain. We're on a rural delivery route & the nearest Post Office is 12 miles away. I almost always get my stuff when they say.
 
Thank God it isn't coming via UPS. They've already delivered a gift to the wrong address (a guitar even, bet that never shows up again!) and I've been waiting on a package that has been on their truck and "out for delivery" and then later that same day "carrier delayed, delivery rescheduled" every day since last Tuesday.:confused:

Yep, we have a lousy mailman, but I'd rather get my deliveries from USPS than UPS. Good luck!
 
I have pretty good fortune with most carriers. All of our Amazon purchases get delivered via UPS and our particular driver loves coming out to our little town (a rural farm area). FedEx gets delivered to our Post Office and then they get distributed via the USPS.

I've only had a couple of issues, both with the local Post Office, a driver would never bother with packages that required a signature for a little while, he'd just take them pack to the office and stow it away there without any notice to me. I raised a fuss and haven't had too much trouble since.

On a different note, I think I will be amongst the final batch (the curse of the alphabet). I will ease my anticipation somewhat by viewing everyone else's fine pictures in the meantime.
