The blue jigged bone is looking great. It's dark, but that's preferred to looking washed out. I'm not to concerned with the jigging it will be fine on this small frame.

The jigging still looks like an old *may pop* tire IMHO.

To be fair, the size and having a wharncliffe blade is a big plus for my needs!

All in all, it's much better than the #06 Pemberton I currently own.

I would have preferred the jigging to be a little deeper and I want to see even more of that beautiful blue that is underneath the dark top layer. However, overall I love it. I think the Tidioute shield works well on this one.

Will the wharncliffe blade be pretty much the same profile as the Coyote's? Maybe same exact blade?

The top photo Travman posted looks like it may be fairly pinchable open.

Should be same blade shape and size.


And the Tidioutes are looking really close to the photoshop version...minus the jigging pattern Slightly different shade of blue but will need to see what they look like after polishing.

Now I see that the blades are different depending if it's a Tidioute or Northfield. Mainly in the nail nick/swedge area. I'm really liking the pics of the micarta version posted today.

Those are Tidioutes...the blades in the box are Northfield.

I'm not sure why I didn't reserve one of the single blade white bones. I mean I thought the single blade 14s were too small, but I still reserved the all the other single blades in this run. Brain fart I guess.
