Some were also selling the Fruit Knife on the big auction site before it even was in the hands of GECs' distributes/sellers. The pictures they used was from the web and not their own. I assume it is flippers 0.2 who know they have scored a knife or two and they put it up on auction before they actually have the knife.
 
Im good. Itll come when it comes not a moment sooner or later. Just dont want the invoice to go into my junk and i miss it
 
Going to be a couple more weeks it sounds like, at least from mike that is. Dont know about the other dealers, they may have them available in a week or so. No big deal.

i thought it was strange there was nothing on gec yet about their next knife, turns out theyve been busy with their rendezvous knives. Makes sense.
 
Finally received a GEC 83, and my first knife in bocote wood. Love the grain on this one.

It's great seeing all the variations in bocote so far. Hopefully the bone turn out just as nice.
 
My 83 Bocote was waiting in the mailbox when I returned home this afternoon.......

Some frequent questions: .... Proud tip; no..... Blade rap; no...... Blade looseness; no..... Centered blade; yes..... Sharp blade; so/so..... Pull; 4...... Lock stick; fixed by oiling...... Fit & Finish; fine.....
