2022 Bcci 112 fixed blade Sunday at high noon est....

My thoughts on this one..
First fixed blade 112 ever.
Few outside the BCCI and the forum even know about it so far since it's not being sold anywhere else.
This first run is members only AND just one per member. Possibly in the near future members can purchase a second one. But for now extremely limited.
Looking at the 110 version I think it will not be a widely popular but a lot of folks will want one to actually both use and collect. I can't wait to see what Yellowhorse or other Custom makers will do with it!
I absolutely think this run will hold its value and increase! And a BOTM will only add to that. It's a new spin on a old favorite. Picture this with a drop point blade in S45VN or even S30V or perhaps just mirror polished 420..One last plus for this is it's NOT serialized with your BCCI member number..
Has anyone priced what the very first run of the 110 version lately?

Once again, I would love to order one but the big red fonts at the bottom state "Shipping USA ONLY"

Have you ever considered, looked into, using a forward shipping company ? Not sure of the terminology, but a USA shipping company that BCCI can ship to, then the company ships the knife to you in Canada. Just a thought.

I can only imagine how frustrating for all the Canadian collectors not being able to order BOTM or BCCI knives, etc.

If you know of a reputable one, feel free to PM the details.

It could be a real sleeper until word gets out and then we will see. It's not often Buck has a new model fixed blade of any kind. Because I'm a real fan of the 112 I was happy the BCCI picked this and because of the 50th anniversary of the 112 there is a renewed interest in it. I've noticed in the last few years more folks post pictures and threads (look at what are you carrying today) and I've seen lots of interest on the Facebook Buck pages including the Buck 112 page. Same with Ebay as now there is more bids and rising prices especially for higher end LE's. It won't be a huge market for the fixed blade version but I feel it really has potential to be collectable and for sure hold its value. I bet Buck is going to bet on it and release more versions and maybe just maybe make it a standard model down the road. But it's more likely to see limited runs like so many other models. But if Buck makes it it will sell. I hope it works out! I really thought the Ecolite would and I was wrong but now they are hard to find and expensive when you do lolol!

im not a fan of small blades. folders or fixed. got to say this one I like. the handle is just big enough to fit all my fingers. mind ya I got little girl sized hands.....not full sized Canadian hockey player ones like Jeff or Andre the giant sized like Roger......

regardless. the 112 sort of a guard cutout I always liked and just makes more room to fit fingers and works better than the 101 fixed blade setup.

I was comparing the 102 to this one in hand and it's not even close.....the handle on the 112 fixed is so much better. this is a winner if ya like small blade fixed blade knives. heck I don't even like small blades and I like this one.

I'd like to see Buck release an ebony version at a better price for everyone....

I would like to see one that is not bareheaded and that's one of my favorite configurations in a regular 112. I really hope this is not the only run by Buck. But if it is you won't see many ever offered for sale except for stupid money.

Great.
Go collect your commission check.👍
I've been holding out, hoping it would sell out.....
Maybe I'll buy the BOTM instead when it comes out.
......I'm not into Stockmans, so that excuse went away.

I like little fixed blades.
I like elk handled knives.
I like JB, and his handle review pushed me over the edge......😬

Thanks.
I really didn't want to spend the money, but hanging out with all of you enablers.......😯

It's cool.😎

even if ya dont like it..the good part is this is one less facebooker non-bcci member getting one to flip......if they get allowed to buy them.😆

jokes aside.... if ya dislike it and your paws are too big for it to be useful and comfortable....ill buy it from you. I wouldn't mind another......

I wanted it all along.
I'm just blaming my lack of willpower on you.😁
I'm surprised it hasn't sold out by now.

.....Did they let non paying members purchase last years 117?
Those were still available up until about 3 months ago or so.....

Thanks for the handle review.
I'm curious to see it alongside a gen5 and a 113 as I really like those.
