Got a camp in hand today. Very favorable first impressions. Strong pulls, but not a nail breaker. The can opener pull is a bit more stout than the others, exactly the way I remember my old long gone camp knifes of my youth. Not experiencing any rub. Not even a hint of gap in the back spring. Seems to be made just as well as the Cattle Knife.

And I dig the tube art.

The can opener pull is a bit more stout than the others, exactly the way I remember my old long gone camp knifes of my youth. Not experiencing any rub. Not even a hint of gap in the back spring. Seems to be made just as well as the Cattle Knife.

And I dig the tube art.

Those are sweet. Love the tube art. Well done GEC. Would have been super sweet with a bail. Not complaining though.

Camp knife comes in at 3.2 oz and the cattle knife comes in at 3.42 oz. For what it’s worth.

The handles feel more solid than I expected. To clarify, they don’t feel plasticky or hollow. They’re good solid covers.

On this run of 35s i like the cattle knife more than the camp knife configuration. The bone on the Waynorth looks great.

Nice When you compare it to acrylic, does it feel the same in hand?
