Thank you very much Jack . We are doing well . As the Doctors said " You are in pretty good shape for the shape you are in ." To me the 78's are more of a Work Knife because it feels more substantial in my hands , but I do love my Ol Red 77 .

thats a beaut that one! they just dont make em like that no more. in some misguided purge years back, i let my stag 77 barlow go and only kept the african black wood as it was probably one of my earliest barlows purchased fair from BigBiscuit BigBiscuit

I hope you don't have issues with the mail snipers. Makes me nervous when my knives are in the mailbox for just a couple hours.

I tried to put a hold but apparently didn’t work. My wife is heading back in a few days so she will be able to grab them for me. I’m just very excited to see my Gunstock Jack’s SFO. They all look amazing so far.
 
I’ve spent entirely too much time trying to rank the 78s by my preferences. The big takeaway - the GPK is a stunner and is still just #7.

Another spectacular run this year!

my sympathies, its sadly because lot of the new people dont actually like the knife itself sometimes, some grab multiples and tend to use it to extort trades or flip if they dont get it. the hobby isnt what it used to be. it creates an unnecessary forced scarcity and added costs. i myself had to pay it for the 39s to finish the set.
