I was surprised the smalls sold out first! I kept hesitating on ordering a large also, missed it, then saw the later restock so figured it was worth a try. Really looking forward to seeing the wood on both of these!

I was also surprised about that, because the larges sold out first last year in both damascus and MagnaCut. Although I suppose they were available long enough that most people who wanted both had a reasonable shot at it. I don't think they stocked out the first time for at least 20-30 minutes.

Any idea on quantity made for each size? I little surprised the large was available that long, the market really must be softer than I thought.

Saw on Reddit that they had a little over 200 with there being a 2:1 split large to small.

Large lefties were first to sell out followed by righty smalls.

Yes I figured they ordered less smalls, they seem to have sold out of smalls immediately.

Confirmed with CRK that no lefty Damascus were ordered this year. Sucks to suck!

The grain variation is wild with these. I would have thought they would have pick specific slabs that had more uniformity.

Curious if anyone has spoken with GPK regarding the website issues with the drop? Not sure about everyone else, but took me a good 20 minutes of trying before my order finally went through (had the small in my cart by 10:58 EST, order finally placed closer to 11:20). Actually had just given up and closed the browser, then a minute later got an e-mail that my order went through somehow. Really hoping they sort this out so the Damascus drop is a bit more reliable.
