Received a nice, modern Wharnie flipper for Christmas, but it was not a real good match for my 78 year-old hand, so back it went. My refund was approved yesterday, and now I'll get a basic Chaparral that I will use. Can't bring myself to use my gorgeous Sun and Moon. So, for anyone who noticed, this addiction never retires.

I did really good for my first 2025 purchase as far as self control went. Walked around a knife shop and checked out all kinds of expensive awesomeness and only spend $35 on a knife and $10 on a Ulticlip.

It features a Vanax (my favorite steel) on bearings in a slim/compact package. It is also incredibly ergonomic when in use.

Very nice. I’ve had my eye on The Nine for ages, just never pulled the trigger. They seem very well made.
