30 Degree Edge Angle on Hard Use INFI?

You have no idea. It took me about 5 hours to get it done... it was straight razor sharp though. I was VERY happy with it, until i snapped

Seth, why don't you run along. Snide comments really don't add to the conversation any more than your one star rating does :)

Nope not my one star rating. Someone always beats me to the one star rating :(. I only speak the truth and this one did die long ago.

BePrepared,

I know how to fix your issue because, unfortunately, I had a steep, learning curve with the Wicked Edge also!!! It deals mainly with your clamping position of the blade. Too far back (especially on a blade of more than 4") and you will have very distinct angle changes towards the tip. For longer blades you actually have to work in two sections to keeps the blade angle constant towards the tip. I have a a Sebenza and a Ti Military that were my test victims. With that being said it is a good system once you get the hang of it. I sharpened my Boss Jack LE, War Dog and DSSF to blazing sharp polished edges after my initial semi-failures.

Good luck
