$35 or less folder

The Kershaw Vapor is another nice knife for the money or a Boker Subcom. Good Luck! Kevin

Howdy,
the Benchmade web site lists

as their Netherlands dealer. I cruised their web site and they seem to have a wide selection. One of my favorite Benchmades is the Monochrome, which they list for 57 Euros. Made in Taiwan, exceptional balance. Good steel (N690) that holds an edge really well. Framelock with extremely solid lockup.

Not sure if that's within your price limit. As far as I can make out, that equates to about $90 US. At that it is cheaper than any of the Cold Steel knives.

You might also look at some of the Fox blades they have. Fox is in Italy and I have heard good things about them, though I have no personal experience with them.

Hope that helps somehow.

Odly the first 4 links all lead to the Benchmark Benchmite 2.
I do like the last three Kershaws though.

Thanks everyone, I'm gonna do some internet cruising to compare all the recommendations I have gotten.
If anyone knows some other knives, please share them.:D
D@mn it! I searched through 400+ knives manually, and didn't cut and past properly? Ooh, I'm burned by myself. The other suggestions were good, but if the Kershaws are price appropriate, I say go for them. You may find something else you wish to buy right now, but if you continue to buy through the channels you do, you WILL end up with one or all those knives... basically the best buck for blade "bargains" Europe seems willing to put up with.
Zero

Edit: Here's one that didn't copy right. Very good deal as well actually.

Those should be the folders I didn't send you last time...

400 knives manually :D
Those are some nice knives, thanks for making the choice even harder..

Do yourself a big favor and get a Sebenza. You'll save money in the long run.

I would have saved a ton of money if I had done that.

I'm sure that buying a Tesla roadster may save you money in the long run, too. Now, whether everyone, especially with their crazy taxes, can just plunk down $100,000 to get an electric sports car is debatable. Honestly, I have handled a sebenza, and while it may be my future... it's my future. Gotta start off driving a stick-shift camry so you don't strip the gears on your future Porsche.

Point well taken zero. Although I would put the Sebbie in the Camry/Honda Accord class of knives. I thought my post would get me flamed by the Benza busters. I'm still not convinced an electric/hybrid will save money in the long run.

:eek:You're not serious are you??!Granted,Honda makes a good product.Latest technology combined with reliability, blah, blah, blah, great fuel savers.I don't know from personal experience.I always buy Chevy:D.
Anyway....Would I compare a Honda with a Sebenza?Heck no!!
If I had to compare cars with knives,I would put the sebbie in the same class as a brand new corvette or a viper.Sleek, top of the line performance & not really that expensive as far as sports/race cars go...well maybe the Viper is:D

Sorry bout' the mini hijack OP.Do yourself a favor & get a Magnum from Boker.IMO best bang for the buck. Some have AUS-8 but are a little more.Heck, for your price limit.their 440C will work just fine.Button lock, good ergos, easy to sharpen, did I mention pretty cool looking??:cool:All for under $15US,which is probably double where you live. It's still a good knife, even for $30US.
Good luck:thumbup:

P.S. It was probably mentioned earlier, but if you save up what would be equal to $100US,That opens up a whole new catagory of great knives, that'll last you a lifetime.;)

A lot of Magnums look very cool indeed, I wish more knives looked like that, most don't "do it" for me.
I checked out the Boker site, and everyone I checked out had either 420j steel or 440. And my quess is its 440a or maybe b, because if it was c they surely would advertise that.

Get over the looks and buy a Byrd or a Spyderco Tenacious, or a Native if you can find it for a good price. Spyderco Dragonfly's and Delicas can also be found close to your price point, but they're lockbacks and the ergos never fit me well (May fit your hands). Either way the Byrds will hold an edge longer, lock up more securely and be more comfortable than pretty much anything else in its class range.

Once you use one, you will understand why they look funny. They're knives designed to be held and used, their ergonomics reflect that. Many companies produce designs that appeal more to the eyes than the hand. There isn't anything I'd recommend over these.

Other good knives in this price range: Boker Trance, Boker Subcom series, Victorinox (Their locking folders are well made, though they don't fit your criteria).

Vivi has a good point about the whole Byrd line...

Pros-Good steel,good price

Cons-Made in China...but what isn't these days???

How bout a Needs Work from Savson on? 35 (Thats with shipping and handeling included)

You mean the Kershaw needs work, its funny cause I discovered this knife yesterday, and have almost decided to buy it. (next to the Boker Trance)
This knife might be it, good steel, good looks, good price.
It looks similair to the Junkyard dog, same steel and it doesn't have the ridicolous airforce tags on it, and its cheaper (for me).
And its even assisted opening.

I know Byrds are very good value for money because they are made in China.
Made in China is a good thing in this situation.
I'm thinking about getting a Byrd Starling as a third knife, cause its GOOD, doesn't look to awful, and fits in every pants.:D

You may consider a Spyderco Native like this one at the bottom of my picture. It's got S30V steel. I've seen this knife at WalMart for $36.00... (I usually don't shop at WalMart).
