You may consider a Spyderco Native like this one at the bottom of my picture. It's got S30V steel. I've seen this knife at WalMart for $36.00... (I usually don't shop at WalMart).
Have you looked a Fallkniven U2 Lockback.
It is made in the EU, so the price might be normal at 60 bucks.
It might be too small for you, but it is a fine knife.
Don't think they got Walmarts in Netherlands.
I noted that you were set on a trance and some other knife, which you seemed to want to look good. So, is it possible you're looking for a gentleman's knife and a ugly/tactical user? Or, would you be happy with a knife that was a good combination of the two? That might give more flexibility in terms of the kinds of knives you'd like to get, if you defined it that way. You could easily pick an opinel for a cheap gentleman's folder, and then use the money left over from not getting the boker trance to put it towards a very solid knife, a level or two up from what you've been looking at. Believe me, the step up is worth it. Having a knife with S30V or VG10 makes you feel a lot more comfortable that you have a "good steel", and allows you to experiment with others because you at least have one knife with "good taste". Enduras and delicas seem to be going for around 80 euros, you might be able to get it a little cheaper, and an opinel should be cheap. I'll tell you, I once bought an Endura3 when I really wanted the Benchmade 710; there was a $60 price difference. I got the endura3, was not really happy with it, lost it, and then got the 710. Couldn't be happier, and was able to enjoy my E4 wave in a way I couldn't have before, and haven't lost either (except for the original 710 being stolen by the airport). Get a cheap opinel, it's good steel, and then save the bucks for what you really want. If possible, 1 good knife> 2 not as good ones.

I should add to my recommendation of the Browning that I live in Belgium and my Browning knives nicely slipped through customs. I also recommend to request $12 USPS "global priority envelopes" which are actually big enough for 2 knives and they make the journey quickly and reliably.
It is quite amusing that I import a knife from the USA towards Belgium, which is made in Japan but sold as the American brand Browning, a company which is actually fully owned by a Belgian brand (FN Herstal).
Nice looking knive, good steel to!
The slipping through custom is what worries me, I read some stories on Ebay what happens if your package doesn't slip through, it could get quite expensive.
